Eye contact & posture are HUGE! 👍 I always practice a "power pose" before going in. Also, be mindful of your hands – avoid distracting gestures. Mirroring can be a great rapport builder, but be subtle! 🤫 Have seen fidgeting ruin a candidate's chances. 😬
